We didn’t know how the process worked or what to expect with renting a storage unit but Craig at 204th in Elkhorn made us feel welcomed and cracked some joke that got us all laughing! We are really glad that we chose Extra Space and got to meet Craig. He explained everything about how it all works and answered all of our questions. He made us feel confident about leaving our stuff in their units and reassured us of any worries. If you are contemplating on renting here, I highly suggest coming to this location if you can and ask for Craig.

I have used Extra Space Storage for the last 2 years. I had both an indoor climate controlled and outside unit. I always felt my belongings were safe and secure. The entire facility is very clean and well kept. The on site manager Craig is always kind and helpful. I have told many friends about what a great place it is and will definitely use them again in the future!
