The facility looks a whole lot better than two years ago. The staff was super helpful during the rental process. Because of that, I usually always check with extra space if I need a storage space.

I just checked in to my new storage unit at this location. Marvin greeted upon my arrival and helped me settle in. He walked me to my unit and showed me how to use the new cylinder locks that they have installed around the facility. Marvin was very friendly,thorough, and showed a high level of quality customer service and friendliness. Thanks Marvin!

Rating 3 starts because I removed my property on 2/26/2024 and personally went into office and let them know that I no longer needed my storage unit and to cancel my unit and yet on 3/4/2024 I was charged for another month. Also small 5x5 unit went from $34mo to $74mo which is over double the cost and a ridiculous increase in charge.
