Marlo and Jake, provided the best customer experience I've had the pleasure of having in a very long time. From the first initial phone call from Marlo to Jake explaining what my options were with regard to the best unit for my needs. It was such a pleasure working with them both. I even asked them if they went through some sort of customer service training which they thought was funny.

Site is clean and secure. Stored some gear for 5+ years and zero dust inside unit. Cleanout was easy and coordinated online with site manager remotely.

Very happy with my experience with this location in North Brunswick. Jake Kadwell, the store mgr, was very helpful, professional and went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer, unlike other storage facilities in the area. I got a fair monthly price and decided to pay for 2 years in advance in order to lock in the price (as they tend to increase your monthly rate every few months). The facility is very clean and the hallways are wide enough to comfortably maneuver large items. Other than the usual combination entry door to enter the facility, they also have large floor to ceiling garage doors which you have full access to for fitting large beds, sofas, or appliances through. The entire facility is well lit and I would definitely recommend this location.
