I've been a long time customer with extra space storage i pay every month on time for over a year now iv never had a problem with the facility itself it's a very clean and safe place to store your belongings and the people are very nice I've only have had one issue with the company and that is they charge base on the economy or something like that so the price is suppose to go up and down however since I've been there my price has gone up 2 or 3 times but never down its usually between $5-$10 so not a whole bunch but I'm still waiting on the day my price drops ?? lol

2023: Katy was very helpful and answered all my questions. The facility is spotless and is in a good location. Highly recommended. There are several units available as of this review. 20x10 is pictured. 2024: I ordered my unit online in November 2023 and apparently had a promo price of @ $95 a month. 3 months later I get an email from corporate raising my rate to $180 a month. Almost a 100% increase. Fortunately the local managers were able to lower the increase to around 50% and I appreciated that, but I’m working on getting out, they have simply priced me out of being a loyal, long term tenant.
