Staff was very helpful and easy to contact. Building and grounds are well kept and feel safe. Loading/unloading area in front of indoor units feels small, so I would be a bit worried that I would have the necessary space, if I needed to bring anything but a small moving truck in or if I ever ran into more than one other person storing things at a time. But so far, it hasn't really been an issue.

Working with Extra Space has been super easy! I went online to reserve a unit and received a call back immediately after making the request. Amanda, on-site, was very helpful in making sure I knew my options and helped me select what worked best for me. Overall, the experience was great!
