Nathan was amazing! Very professional, but very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The property is so clean! We came in and got out quick and found exactly what we needed. I would recommend this place for your storage needs.

Very easy in and out. My rate changed after 6 months, so I didn’t read it the contract well when signing. No big. $55 to $120 was a big jump though. Easy move in and out.

I've been with Extra Space Storage for many years. I've moved my storage location a couple of times. Because of the awesome customer service from Mike Grubbs. He handle issues that kept me from leaving. Mike would call to remind me of my payment to avoid a late fee. Shouts out to Mike! I also like to shout out to LaGrant for his customer service. Once again I was stating that I've been a long time customer and I had plans to leave the recent notice for charge for storage I will be leaving Extra Space Storage. He asked for the opportunity to help me stay. He was successful at it so I'm still with Extra Space Storage. Nathaniel he is professional and pleasant when he calls to reminds you of your payment to help you avoid a late charge. Extra Space Storage is a great and safe place. Thanks JPOLK
