Lining up a storage spot for my move was incredibly streamlined and easy with ExtraSpace. Tanner at the call center informed me of some options that precisely met my needs and lined up a deal for me at the nearest location. Derrick at the Boston Ln. location was also super helpful and a very kind guy. The whole process was incredibly easy and the facility is clean, climate controlled, and diligently watched over. Would definitely recommend for any short term or long term storage needs.

Smooth online process to rent a storage unit. Received a welcome call within 5 minutes of the reservation. Manager was very professional and pleasant. Clean facility and plenty of carts. Overall a great experience

I was renting with Public Storage and the rent kept going up and up, but they had no on-site manager when help was needed. Instead they have a virtual kiosk......so where's my money going?There were many problems with their setup that I see Extra Space being a stepup and they have reasonable prices, including discounts for Seniors who don't have alot of money for additional expenses. Derrick is a geniune "Diamond" he gets 5 Gold Stars from me. If I had to list all the ways that he made a difference to having me rent with Extra Space.....this would look like a dissertation. I have one recommendation for these businesses.....they should consider that once you rent for a long term period that there is an discount given for our patronage and less paperwork turnover.
