This location for extra storage is, by far, the most clean and safe-feeling facility I’ve come across. Thanks to Anthony, the experience has been exceptional. Not only does he meticulously maintain the grounds, demonstrating a true sense of pride in his job, but he goes above and beyond to assist customers with fair pricing. Recently, as a customer for almost two years, Anthony’s dedication shone through when he stopped me from leaving by exploring options for lower pricing. Great experience, everyone was friendly and very straightforward. Anthony was super helpful. I lost the keys to my unit and he got me in without any issues and didn't try to tax me on the backend. I'd recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit in a hurry. I don't worry about the safety of my belongings at all so that's a big relief.

Went in person first at the desoto location, Stasha was a hoot! She is bubbly, warm, listens to your needs and gives suggestions for the needs of appropriate space. Sadly , i did not go with her storage unit due to her “sister store” in duncanville was lower. I still recommend this store, though. Stasha’s character and personality is top notch. Spoke with Anthony over the phone in duncanville to confirm i was good to go at his store. Anthony as well was very up beat, warm and listened. Either location is great! It is nice to now there are individuals out there still that are positive and make life a little bit more manageable when yours is chaotic. Thank you Extra Space Storage for the individuals you hire.
