This is my 2nd review for Extra Space Storage. Recap of my 1st review; I have had my storage unit for 2 months. My move in experience was wonderful. I moved from Austin and it was very stressful for me. Gus made the experience very manageable and easy. He even spoke with my dad and held an extra storage space in case I needed it. I did not, but thankful I had that option. He treats you like family. I saw that my rent went up quite a bit after only 2 months of renting. I spoke with Gus, the manager, and he was able to get that reduced. I am beyond grateful. I would recommend this Grapevine Extra Space Storage to anyone that asks.
