I stored my RV at the Manor Extra Space Storage. The site was very secure and covered. The Staff at Manor Extra Space Storage was very helpful, especially Ritchie and Mary.

The facility on Harris Ridge in Pflugerville or Manor, Tx is so well laid out and clean. All the employees and very helpful and accommodating. The lady didn't just point us to our storage space but led us to it. Waited till the RV was parked and all was ok. Extremely polite people from the call center to the facitlity. highly recommend.

I can no longer recommend Extra Space Storage. They have increased my rents multiple times over the course of a year. Anyone looking for storage at this facility please keep in mind that they will increase your payments shortly after renting the unit. Also, my bill is currently higher than the advertised on site rate. I began paying $135 which is expensive for a 10X15. On 6/1/2016, my rate increased by $12 on 9/4/2016 to $147 just three months later, now I receive a notice that another increase of $10 to $157 on June 1, 2017. There advertised web price for onsite is only $131 dollars taking off $10 for insurance that will be $147 dollars of $16 dollars above the on site price. That is over a 16% percent increase less than a year. This also comes after losing my job, which I told them and tried to make arrangements of sorts but they were unwilling to help. Through the help of the Lord, I have made the payments even though I am still unemployed but given the situation and the increase in rents I have to lower my rating. God bless you!

I have been at this location since before they were extra space storage and it seems like the monthly bill just keeps increasing. It was 150 mnth and its now 184. I'm in another state waiting to save to get my things but at this rate they are going to make me lose it all. They are shady and if I had my way I wouldn't do business long term( like me for 3 years). I can't wait until I can get my belongings out of there.

Customer service ladies were very thorough, friendly. polite and helpful. Application process very easy. Storage unit was extremely clean. Would like to have 24/7 access but I understand the need for security.
