Just the other day I noticed that i was paying a little to much for my unit. I called and talked to Alex and he helped me with my problem and got me a better deal. I appreciate what he did for me. I was very happy with the level of customer service I received from Alex at the 1150 South 500 West location. It's harder and harder to find good customer service these days, unfortunately, but I found it here.
