Upon moving in Nathalie was of amazing she went through the whole process in a very thorough manner and made me feel very welcomed. On my second time visiting the unit to store a heavy box Michael went beyond to help me out with my heavy box. He was very kind and professional. Shared a bit about the facilities which made for a good conversation. All around I have only been with Chantilly - ExtraSpace Storage for about 2-3 weeks but I am loving the customer service and facility. I will say there is currently no light in my unit it seems the renters before may have broken the bulb but Michael did mention that it can be something for them to take care of on my next visit as I was a bit on a time crunch.

Manager Natalie was very friendly and professional!.I decided to choose 1 storage unit at this location just because her professionalism and caring and friendly personality ..My storage unit is clean .I am very happy so far.I would highly recommend this place!

I am a new customer at the 3480 centreville rd chantilly va location. The pricing is awesome - huge savings vs similar unit in Reston or Herndon. Staff is knowledgeable and professional - very helpful throughout the entire set up process. Highly recommend :)

This storage facility is very well priced and utilizes Bluetooth at the entrance gate (keypad is still there if you want to risk brushing up against the posts). Procurement was quick and easy, the unit was clean. On site management is actually on site, not just hanging out in the office all the time.
