Zach is Sr. Vice President of Real Estate for Extra Space Storage. He has been with Extra Space Storage since 2002 and has closed on more than $6 billion in self-storage transactions. Zach’s background in deal flow allows for finding unique solutions to sellers’ needs that may be aided with the use of an earn-out, an operating partnership unit transaction, or an all-cash purchase option.
Prior to coming to Extra Space Storage, Zach headed up teams at eBay and Starwood Hotels. He has an MBA from Arizona State University and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management.

Brandon is responsible for acquisitions in the Western United States. He enjoys helping storage developers and investors capitalize on their value creation. He has sourced and closed $2 billion in self-storage, office, and land transactions during his career.
Brandon discovered the self-storage business when he was tapped to develop self-storage projects for the Irvine Company in Southern California. He graduated from Cornell University with an MBA and a master’s degree in real estate.

Kely has served as a Senior Director of Acquisitions since May 2018, leading the acquisition efforts for the Eastern portion of the country. Previously, he was a Vice President of Acquisitions for PNC Realty Investor, a real estate pension fund advisor with $4.9 billion of net assets under management.
From July 2002 through April 2011, Kely advanced from a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to Vice President, Acquisitions at Bentall Kennedy, a real estate pension fund advisor. He was responsible for investment activities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
Kely holds a Masters of Real Estate Degree from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.

Steven oversees the acquisitions of existing and certificate of occupancy projects located in the southeast region for Extra Space Storage. He joined Extra Space Storage after working for seven years at Zions First National Bank, located in Salt Lake City, where he originated debt for the bank with real estate customers along with managing the relationship with these companies.
Steven earned a B.A. from the University of Utah in Political Science and an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Liv, have four energetic children.
