She said there was no way that was going to happen. She also informed us that EVERY year, Extra Space Storage INCREASES their rate to \"adjust to fair market price.\" This means that each year we continue with this company, our rate will increase from the already outrageous current rate.\n\nAs if the price gouging in this area isn't bad enough, every corporation is looking to get their share of the pie.
