For Q3 2024, and in celebration of Customer Experience Month this October, we’re excited to present a special edition of our Customer Care Awards, recognizing nine remarkable team members. From simple acts of kindness to heartfelt testimonials, these employees exemplify what it truly means to care for our customers.

Chari is amazing! Moving from North Carolina to Boise is stressful enough. She made everything easy. She went through all the sizes, figured out what would work best for us, and helped secure the unit. The morning the van arrived, Chari met us early, along with the moving van. The facility is clean, the location is great, and the team is amazing. Marcus was so helpful and made a stressful and last-minute moving process so seamless and calm. He went above and beyond and showed me other units available instead of the one I originally signed for until I got the correct size to match my belongings. He took the time to walk me to my unit and show me around. It was ridiculously easy to unload my stuff, and we were all shocked at how relaxed and simple getting set up and moving everything in was. Jason has been incredible and helpful! Our family experienced a huge tragedy when Hurricane Ida took everything from our house. We did our best to collect what we could from what was left and placed it in the 10x10 unit that we still have today.
