We’ve had an amazing experience at multiple Extra Space locations. Our latest five-star experience was courtesy of Brian in Columbus. We lost our keys to the unit in a recent move, and Brian came out to cut our lock after we drove an hour from Bloomington in desperate need of a washer and dryer inside the unit. He came out after dark in the snow, on icy roads to let us in, and still had an upbeat attitude about it all! We didn’t feel like a burden at all even though we knew we were—and that’s a real gift that goes beyond just doing your job. Thanks, Brian, you’re awesome!
