Extra Space Storage is excited to announce the opening of a new facility at 9908 205th Ave E in Bonney Lake, WA! This site officially joined our third-party management portfolio in January and is operated in partnership with Premier Storage Investors.

Conveniently located just 17 miles east of Tacoma, this new storage facility will serve the residents of Bonney Lake, Prairie Heights, and the surrounding areas. With its state-of-the-art features and convenient location, we look forward to providing top-tier storage solutions to the growing community.

This newly developed three-story, climate-controlled facility has a total of 71,295 net rentable square feet and features 648 storage units in sizes ranging from 5×5 to 10×40. Whether customers need extra space for household items, business inventory, or seasonal gear, this location is equipped to accommodate their storage needs.
