Extra Space Storage is excited to announce the opening of a new site located at 600 W Rendon Crowley Rd in Crowley, TX, just outside of Fort Worth. This facility will serve the growing storage needs of residents in Crowley, Burleson, Rendon, Wooded Hills, and beyond.
Managed in partnership with property owner Paul Glover of Storage Choice, this new multi-story, climate-controlled development also features four drive-up buildings at the rear of the property. With 122,612 net rentable square feet and 973 units in various sizes, this facility offers customers a wide range of storage solutions designed to accommodate every need.
Paul Glover, a Fort Worth-based storage developer, brings a wealth of experience to this project. He helped build the Storage Choice portfolio, which was sold in 2021. Now, he’s excited to partner with Extra Space for this latest venture. “We are excited about partnering with Extra Space on our first store opening since we sold our portfolio in 2021,” said Glover. “After self-managing for more than 25 years, I look forward to seeing what Extra Space can do with this facility!”
The facility’s location and exceptional features will enhance the customer experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. District Manager Steve Harwell shared his enthusiasm for this milestone, stating, “I am excited to be involved with my first new store opening! We could not have done it without a great store team and the teamwork from the ownership group.”
The opening day success was a team effort, with the store staff playing an instrumental role in ensuring a smooth launch. “The store team knocked the opening out of the park!” Harwell continued. “Together, we overcame obstacles and welcomed new customers from the outset. I love to see our wasabi green doors expand further south in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.”
