This state-of-the-art property is a fantastic addition to our third-party ManagementPlus platform and was developed by CB Capital, an Austin-based real estate investment group. Situated about 40 minutes north of Austin, this new location is set to serve the growing communities of Liberty Hill, Sun City, Andice, and the surrounding area, offering them a modern and accessible storage solution.
This new Liberty Hill facility spans an impressive 101,975 rentable square feet and includes 723 units in a variety of sizes, all housed in a multi-story, fully climate-controlled building. Customers will enjoy a wide range of storage options designed to meet a diversity of needs, from small household storage to covered outdoor spaces for parking larger vehicles. Each unit benefits from modern features intended to enhance the customer experience and ensure the safe storage of their belongings.
