The facility, located at 22205 70th Ave W, features 891 storage units and 85,819 net rentable square feet. Unit sizes range from 5×5 to 10×30 and include amenities such as climate-controlled units, drive-up access, and elevator access. Customers can unload and load their belongings with ease and out of the elements thanks to two covered loading bays.
The site was developed and is owned by Premier Storage Investors, a self storage development, acquisition, and asset management company with locations across 14 different states. This will be the 30th property Extra Space Storage has managed for Premier Storage Investors.
