Extra Space Storage is excited to announce the addition of 8560 SW 129th Ter in Miami, FL, to our third-party management portfolio. This beautiful facility features six stories of 100% climate-controlled units, offering a total of 705 units and 68,412 net rentable square feet.
This site is a significant addition to our portfolio, helping us meet the growing demand for quality storage options in South Miami. Owned by J. Brett Houston and Robert Lechter, who partnered to build the facility, this is the first site Extra Space will manage for them, with more planned for the future.
