Extra Space Storage is thrilled to open a new facility in partnership with Baranof Holdings. The new site is located on Venice Blvd near the heart of Koreatown in Los Angeles, CA.
This facility, located at 1810 Venice Blvd, features an impressive seven stories, 1,137 storage units, and 106,640 net rentable square feet. Units range from as small as 4×5 to larger 11×30 units and include amenities such as climate control, elevator access, and sturdy moving carts for loading and unloading.
The site was developed and is owned by Baranof Holdings, a Texas-based developer and investor with a portfolio of high-quality self storage properties located throughout the country. Baranof aggregates assets through a variety of approaches including ground-up or in-process development, and acquisitions of existing properties. Extra Space Storage partners with Baranof to manage stores in California, Texas, Oregon, and other states.
“We are excited to serve a community in need of storage services,” shared Frank Almarez, a District Manager for Extra Space Storage in the Los Angeles area. “In the first two months of opening, we rented over 200 units. We owe a huge thank you to everyone involved in opening this site.”
