Becky North, Store Manager
Becky North is a Store Manager in the Phoenix, AZ, area. She shows her expertise in storage by effortlessly providing customers with the right solutions. She understands that each customer has unique needs and is always eager to help anyone as soon as they walk into her store.
“I recently rented a storage space when moving, and Becky was so great. She listened to what I needed the second time around as I needed space to store bicycles. Becky showed me two of the smaller units when I asked to see them so I could see what I needed, and she was right there on top of it. She did not hesitate, and she remembered me from months before by name, now that is customer service. Extra Space is hands down the best place I have rented from. The building is always clean and, for the most part, dust free, as I have personally witnessed Becky and others walking the building cleaning, sweeping, and dusting. I love this Extra Space Storage.”
North personalized and elevated this customer’s experience by remembering their name—even though it was months after their first interaction. This small detail made the customer feel welcomed, important, and validated. Another way we ensure customers feel welcome at our stores is by keeping them extra clean. Glenthea James, Inbound Sales Representative
Glenthea James, an Inbound Sales Representative for the National Solutions Center, instills our customers with confidence by turning any frustrating experience into a pleasant one.
“The website gave me an error to complete the process. So, I called the number and was frustrated until the cheerful lady answered my call on a Sunday. She told me everything went through, and she would get me into my unit, and I had nothing to worry about. Her voice was very reassuring and vibrant. She made all my frustrations disappear. And then I was in my unit even faster than what she said. Very, very pleased. She made the whole experience. Thank you, wonderful lady, out there in storage land.”
