Laurie Montanaro, District Team Lead
When a customer needed a quick solution, District Team Lead Laurie Montanaro listened and put the customer’s needs ahead of her busy schedule as a manager and trainer. She didn’t just give the customer options at her store; she used the Extra Space Storage network of more than 2,000 properties. By looking into other facilities, Montanaro gave this customer the information they needed to make an informed decision. Ultimately, it gave them more time to focus on what was most important: their family.

Stephanie Martinez, an Inbound Sales Representative at the National Solutions Center, understands how busy customers are. She uses her tools and knowledge to move through each conversation with ease. And when Martinez tells her customers that she can complete the entire rental process over the phone so they can move in right away, customers are dazzled!
