Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Laurie Montanaro and Stephanie Martinez as the April 2022 recipients.
When a customer needed a quick solution, District Team Lead Laurie Montanaro listened and put the customer’s needs ahead of her busy schedule as a manager and trainer. She didn’t just give the customer options at her store; she used the Extra Space Storage network of more than 2,000 properties. By looking into other facilities, Montanaro gave this customer the information they needed to make an informed decision. Ultimately, it gave them more time to focus on what was most important: their family.
