Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Rhiannon Carrillo and CeCei Pringle as the October 2022 recipients.
Rhiannon Carrillo, Assistant Store Manager
Rhiannon Carrillo is an Assistant Store Manager in Illinois. Recently, a member of the Extra Space Storage board of directors visited Carrillo’s store while helping her family move some items into storage. After her visit, she shared these comments with CEO Joe Margolis.
“Rhiannon Carrillo was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and was incredibly professional. There was a lot going on that day (including a moving truck that broke down in the front lot), and she was handling everything so well.
Just another experience that reminded me how great people can make such a difference in our business!”

As a Store Manager, we know that many tricky situations can arise on any given day, and we appreciate Carrillo for handling this stressful day with such ease and composure. CeCei Pringle, Customer Service Representative
CeCei Pringle, a Customer Service Representative at our National Solutions Center (NSC), sets the customer experience bar high! So high that customers want to clone her for their businesses!

Pringle leverages her excellent communication skills to create positive customer experiences while assisting them with their storage needs. This customer mentioned Pringle’s voice and personality. To emit character through the phone is no easy feat! Pringle uses a friendly voice and tone to demonstrate our customer experience promises of Care, Inform, and Appreciate. This contributes to what sets Extra Space apart from our competitors and builds customer trust and loyalty.
