Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Shakira Mendoza as the February 2021 recipient.
Mendoza is a Store Manager in Port Orange, FL. She receives dozens of customer reviews each month and is known by customers for consistently being kind, patient, and trustworthy as she assists them through life transitions. Now and then, a customer will share their appreciation through letters sent to the Extra Space Storage corporate headquarters.
