Storage Express recently opened a new self storage facility at 510 E Thompson Rd in Indianapolis, IN, one of the company’s fastest-growing markets. This project is part of Storage Express’ ongoing expansion efforts across their five-state footprint and marks the company’s 111th property.

The 55,000-square-foot storage facility is Storage Express’ tenth location within the Indianapolis metro area. It’s located at the intersection of S East/US-31 and E Thompson Rd north of Wendy’s between Taco Bell and Red Lobster, serving the communities of Indianapolis, Greenwood, Homecroft, Southport, Beech Grove, and more.

This self storage property has 360 units, ranging in size from 5×10 to 10×40 with drive-up access. Additionally, the facility features Storage Express’ signature blue roofs and lighting, 24/7 Rental Center, and 80 HD cameras with live feeds to the main office, all paired with the company’s centralized 24-hour in-house customer service.

Jefferson Shreve, founder and owner of Storage Express, said the company will base several of their central Indiana roving Field Service Reps out of this new facility, a component of the company’s innovative hub-and-spoke remote management platform.
