PRICES GO UP NONSTOP. Customer service is excellent. Norbert is a great person, very helpful. BUT I started renting my storage space for $150. The prices keep going up NONSTOP. not even during this unprecedented times with the pandemic and most of us left without a job to provide for our families, the prices have gone up nonstop three times already during the pandemic. They simply send a card saying your payment went up and there's nothing you can do about it. My payment is now $400 and it's only going to continue going up! It's sad that this company only cares about making money and does not care about the difficult times that the community is going through.

I called on Monday, spoke with Joel who was very friendly, and informed and answered all my questions that I had. He informed me that I'd get a confirmation and call back from Brian, which I did. Brian was also very friendly, confirmed my information and confirmation at which point I received my account number the information of how to get to the location as well a diagram of the facility. Brian was my one and only person of contact and if you didn't know any better, you would've thought he ran every position within the facility. His knowledge of the building, functionality, prices, security and everything you can think of was above standard. When you go in to reserve a space ask for Brian! He was thorough, patient and very nice! There was another employee in the office that was rude and because of that employee I almost took my business elsewhere. Brian quickly intervened and I was satisfied with his professionalism.
