Wasn't happy with the high rent increase after 4 months when I was told on the phone that the price quoted would be good for the rest of the year..So I downsized to smaller unit..after paying..they forgot to email my contract and had to call them the next day to get it done.. Apon moving out of the previous unit, I followed all instructions and called them like it said..I ASK THAT THEY REMEMBER TO SEND MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THE MOVE OUT? Was told it was on its way..and Haven't seen it yet..So, I give it a 3 star rating.. Outside of that the Units were clean..And..if it says 10× 15? IT'S ACTUALLY 10X14 AND A FEW INCHES.
