This is my third unit with storage express. I like the drive up feature on all units. And the grounds are well maintained.

Decent storage facility. They recently added more storage spaces due to 5th fee demand of people needing to store their belongings. I would only use a place like this if you know that you are able to pay for it. Don't let yourself get a place like this if you think you won't be able to make your payments because you will lose all of your stuff.

Great advice, Charles, and such wise words -- use if you know you can afford to pay for it. We know life throws curveballs. A lot of them. We take a lot of pride in helping people who turn to us during some of the most stressful times of their life -- in good times and in bad, for better or worse, richer or poorer, in sickness and in health. Our team does everything we can to work with customers when other things arise. Efforts must be mutual. Unfortunately, when rent isn't paid for months, auctions are an unfortunate but necessary step for self-storage operators. It's never easy.
