The facility is clean, well kept and organized. Kianna took the time to give me a tour of the facility, show me several units and broke down the various pricing options. Very patient. Very informative. No pressure, just kind and instructive.

Extra Space Storage is amazing to work with. I reserved a storage space and paid the first month's rent. After 3-4 days I decided to cancel the reservation. They were so polite when I told them I wanted to cancel my reservation and they even agreed to return my first payment in full. Classy and kind.

Paid my bill only. Had storage space for 6 months. Needs to spray for spiders. I brought my own spray when I saw spiders craving under a box and will continue spraying each month.

As a newbie to using offsite storage, I wasn’t sure what to expect at my move in with Extra Space. What I experienced was outstanding customer service with the onsite manager. Kiana provided help with the gate, getting me set with the app and personally showing me my unit and how to access it plus lock it up. She was genuinely helpful and just exuded top tier customer service along each step of the move in!
