Great Customer service from Jimmy! Went above and beyond to resolve my questions. Needed help with some account info and he was very cautious on giving out any of my account info which is very much appreciated considering all the scams happening to people nowadays. He also let me know I could pay my storage through the app. Which I didn’t know and is much more convenient. Thanks Jimmy!

I accidentally grabbed the wrong key and the employee was so helpful, made sure I got paper work signed and a new lock immediately so I could be on my way quickly. He was the only worker that day and I saw him running around to help everyone. Really appreciated it!

Very clean facilities and extremely informative /detail orientated staff. I had a concern about my storage unit and couldn’t find my contract. The rep named Jarred was kind enough to walk me through my contract and explain the areas to me where I had concerns and even reached out to upper mgmt on my behalf to get my issue resolved. Every time i’ve visited this location since having my unit, the staff has been extremely pleasant and willing to assist in any way possible.

Jared was incredible!! He went above and beyond to help us in a pinch. Our keys weren’t working for our lock and he took care of drilling it and getting us a new one, all very quickly while being the only employee on site. He was juggling multiple customers and somehow managed to help everyone promptly and efficiently. 10/10 service from Jared ????????????
