The staff at the Reseda site has always been very helpful and understanding. Also polite and cheerful. Never rude or unprofessional. I have had my storage there for a couple of years and they have been great. Thank you to all of the staff at the Reseda site.

The office employee(s) were aways professional and pleasant. I moved out over the weekend and forgot to call the office the next day and guess what? They called me to confirm I had moved out. Talk about being Thankful! I would definitely recommend Exta Space Storage to store your personal items at a safe abd professional location.
