Beautiful, clean facility. Renting my unit was quick and easy. This is just the type of experience I want when renting a storage unit. I would certainly encourage anyone to land here if they are needing "Extra Space"

Extra Space Storage is amazing!! Tasha was so kind and helpful and got me a perfect unit at last minutes notice. This is such a beautiful and clean facility! I am confident that my things are safe and so am I when I visit. The facility is so well lit including the inside of my unit so I have no trouble finding things if I need them. I recommend this location to anyone!!

Matt and Tasha were really nice, welcoming and very helpful. Their storage is great, clean and uses phone to open gates and storage units, which is very convenient. I had an amazing experience today at the Extra Space Storage. You should try them out!

Awesome facility, with a very smooth online experience. If you can, pre-paying for a discounted rate really makes the value super worth it. The facility and unit access through the mobile app is very convenient. The front desk manager, Matt, was so friendly and helpful!

The service was fantastic. Tasha helped us rent our unit and was very knowledgeable. The app was a little confusing (I think they are in the process of switching over) but the facility is spacious and clean and easy to navigate.

Moved from Arizona to Colorado and was able to get a large climate controlled unit at a reasonable price. Access was simple and staff is absolutely amazing. Cannot express enough positive insight about this business. Update 03/24 - Rates have increases substantially and this is not acceptable. Give at least a 90 day notice. After our home is built we will get all our items out of both storage units and avoid ever using Extra Space again. 5 stars to 1 star overnight. Kudos to management. Update 03/26 - Called and spoke with Tasha and was greeted in a professional and caring manner. She listened and worked with me for a resolution that was expedited and exceeded my expectations. If you want quality customer service with excellent personnel, Tasha is whom you need to speak with at Extra Space Storage in Loveland! Thank you again and have an amazing day!
