Please hire somebody else to help Elizabeth (8th st, Miami location). They are amazing but they shouldn’t have to do it all! while I was there they helped four people at once, while answering the phone, and all with a positive attitude. They are a star!!!

Second time renting a unit at this Extra Space location and every time everyone is very helpful and is a breeze getting a unit. They do try to encourage everyone to reserve online but I actually like going in and touring my unit in person. David has been a great manager at this location and hope they don’t move him anytime soon! Karin also did a wonderful job helping me get a new unit. The parking lot and common areas are always very clean.
