This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I chose Extra Space Storage primarily for its proximity. From the start, Britany offered me an irresistible deal, and Victor ensured a smooth finalization of the rental process for my two units. I stopped by before opening hours to locate the units. Upon arrival, I found both units clean and easily accessible without needing assistance. When the office opened, Laura, the store manager, warmly welcomed me and efficiently guided me through the contract signing. Despite their recommendation for one unit, I initially opted for two, but later realized I only needed one. Laura promptly facilitated a refund for the extra unit without any hassle. Overall, the Extra Space Storage team provided excellent service, and everything has been perfect so far. I highly recommend them.
