Had to upsize to a bigger unit and it was easy with one call, still do not like the forced renters insurance but a clean and functioning storage unit none the less.

From the day I entered the facility, a few months ago, to secure a unit, Mr. Jimmy has always displayed excellent customer service! His voice tone and body language was not rushed. It was all about ensuring he understood my need and would fulfill it. He walked or escorted me to about three different size units so that I could see the different sizes in order to make the best decision in securing the right size for my stuff. He was patient and continues to be patient every time I approach him for whatever reason. Oh, by the way, the facility is ALWAYS clean and we have access to the restroom. I recommend this place to all who seeks storage space.
