I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany at the storage facility, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication to customer service. Tiffany was covering for another site when I filled out a questionnaire online to reserve a RV parking space, and she immediately reached out to me to assist. I felt like I clicked confirm and my phone started to ring: impressive!! She walked me through everything, from space options to policies and insurance coverage. She set up an appointment for me to look at the spaces the following day, and review my options. Her kindness and thoroughness made the process smooth and stress-free. Just got off the phone with Gary discussing downsizing the storage unit and availability. He was very helpful in understanding my need to cut cost and was also able to provide a senior discount. Who knew? He did! Time to scale back on stuff (?) for which he informed there are services that may be able to assist as well. I might add he was very humorous as well. Thank you Gary!

Tiffany at this Extra Space is Awesome!! We have been to a lot of different storage facilities and this one’s is always kept up, clean, and climate controlled. Definitely the place to use if you need a good storage facility!
