Amazing customer service These people are awesome. Second to none. Always my first choice to recommend and use. I'm a happy repeat customer. Makala was amazing in handling my account with me. I had the best experience this afternoon speaking with Makayla at ExtraSpace Storage on Southwest Boulevard. My son has had a storage space there for two years and all of a sudden my rate almost doubled. I called and had the best possible service with Michaela trying to understand the situation and looking over the history and sending the information to her supervisor for resolution . I very much appreciate the good customer service.
