If I were rating this facility in 2 parts, I’d give Kim 5 stars. She’s helpful and professional. My 2nd rating for this business would be .5 star. It’s consistently raising its rates, pricing itself out of the market here. As a result of this latest increase, I changed to another company where the monthly rent for a similarly sized unit is less than one third what I would be paying at the Extra Space.

Very nice place able to get in even with large quantities of snow everything stayed very dry and cool even when a couple days late was understandable bc of my pay schedule very good hours!
