Extra Space Storage in South Meadows is a good facility. Since you need to go inside the building to park, you do not need to worry if it is snowing or too hot while you are moving your stuff to your storage. You feel safe especially at night. Very convenient. The facility is clean, well lighted, climate controlled, and with music to entertain you. On top of that, the employees are very friendly. Customer service is superb! What about the price? Competitive! This is the reasons why we got multiple storage units here :)

Superlative customer service and extremely accommodating! Everything was explained thoroughly when signing up, very simple and easy. Too large a locker? No problem! Downsizing easy and fee reduced according to locker size. Clean facility. Climate controlled. Prices very competitive.

Great price! Wonderful staff! I would say, it would be nice to have the numbers of the lots inside the building labels above the automatic doors so that it is easier to locate; but otherwise, AMAZING!

I was at Extra Space Storage today and was help by Robin who I must say was the most pleasant and helpful lady I have been helped by in a really loooong time! The place smells amazing (which I even asked for the name of the scent it was so good) The whole place is really clean and in great condition. Thanks for your help today Robin I truly appreciate you ??

Michele was very nice and friendly. I would recommend renting from this storage site to anyone. Thank you for making it so easy for someone who has never done this before.

With the exception of having the entry door broken which did create a bit of a hassle trying to bring items in and out quickly and when your moving within a specific time line it was a bit of a hassle especially when a month later the door is still broken. But the facility is very nice and clean and the units as well. I will also mention that the lock in my unit is very difficult to secure and its not something you want to leave without ensuring its locked properly. I would switch the lock but you have to use a specific lock either provided by Extra Space or one you can purchase yourself from Home Depot that is identical. Im not sure if it's just my lock or the actual unit lock thats causing the issue but regardless its a minor inconvenience and overall I have been a pretty happy customer. The customer service I have received from all the employees I've encountered has been top notch and makes up for any issues I've had. Would definitely recommend this place to any who asked.
