Quick and easy to lease a unit online. In office visit was for updating my agreement fast and easy I was in and out in under 20 min. The 2 visits I made in office went great. The employees here make sure all information is clear and understood and they're very respectful. All around highly recommend.

I showed up in a tizzy about an upcoming move from my home in Barrington and Matt could not have been any more friendly, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating! He obviously knows his job and enjoys it! I felt like he gave me the best deal for my needs and showed us personally all of our options! He is truly an asset to your company! Thank you Matt... ?????? As an added bonus at this facility, Chelsea was also very pleasant and helpful throughout the time I stored my belongings there. I had a couple of small issues that were promptly dealt with and resolved by she and Matt. One suggestion is to be sure to inform folks who store in the section with lights about the timer for the electric on the outside of the building or at the very least post a sign there! ?????? Thanks again... ??
