I have a new review to post about the help I continue to receive with the employees here. Serena helped me today. I spoke with her yesterday and she thought it might be a few days before she could get the information and get back to me. Laurie Allen was on duty when I came in to the office to rent some storage space. She was very friendly and efficient. Within a very short period of time she had explained how things work there, had me signed up the space and I started moving my things in. She made the whole process very easy and really seemed to enjoy what she was doing. The place is super clean and in a convenient location for me. Thank you Laurie!

Great facility, very clean and climate control seems solid. Only feedback is I got completely lost first time visiting. Not sure if there are floor plan maps available but they would definitely be useful. Felt like I was wandering the backrooms. Otherwise super happy with everything.

Extra Space Storage on Yale Blvd is truly a great company to do business with. Laurie at the front desk has always been so accommodating and kind to my wife and I over the past 8 months. Very reasonable monthly rates, flexible in terms of parking moving trailers/pods, and the facilities are very clean and temperature controlled. The woman that works here, I think her name is Laurie, is amazing! She is very friendly and is very good at her job. She goes above and beyond which makes every experience a pleasant one. The building and facilities are very nice and everything is clean so it’s an excellent place without her but she adds that special touch that makes you not only want to be a loyal customer but to recommend it to everyone you know as well.

My experience with Laurie Allen the Store Manager at the 4001 Yale Blvd NE Albuquerque NM was very awesome is very helpful with all details of renting a storage unit and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my experience. She had me a storage with in a hours time.
