Unfortunately, I arrived at the storage facility a few minutes before closing time. I was shown a couple of storage options and picked the best one for our needs. I continued to apologize to Diane for keeping her on a Friday past closing time. Diane and her co worker let me know they were fine with staying later in order to complete my storage rental. The customer service was awesome they didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. Shout out to Amanda at the other location she was extremely helpful making sure I chose the best location for our needs.
