Where do I begin? The staff is awesome and willing to help with all your needs!! Personally for me just going through the move out process have been smooth even when I lost my key to unlock my unit the staff was very helpful by giving me access with no additional charges to help me get into my unit!!! I gave 1000 stars??????????

The office staff were really great and very helpful. Work with you when there may be issues that come up. The only issue I have is that the rate goes up quite often during a long storage period.

In and out. Got in for 68 per month on a 10 x 10. But after 4 months they were going to double my rate. Pretty shady way to do business doing rate increases like that. Especially over such a short time period. I would have given 1 star if it wasn’t for Tara the manager. Found out if I prepaid cash they wouldn’t be able to do rate increases. I’ll do that next time. Hope that helps someone. Talk to Tara the manager. She will set you up.
