Great moving in experience. Dylan was sooo helpful! He took the time to explain all the terms on the lease and let me change my locker last minute with no problem. Rachel has great customer service. Always helpful when I have questions or when I make my payments. Recommend renting at any of her stores. Always keeps her store very clean!

Reserved online initially, went to check in Dylan assisted me with obtaining more suitable unit for my things. He was so helpful. Customer service has been awesome. My friend who helped me move even complemented the storage noticing how clean and up-kept the place is. Definitely recommend
