Not 24 hours, and if you accidentally stay past ten they will call and tell you that you can only access you unit during office hours. There never anyone in the office. I've been wanting to upgrade to a larger unit because Is too full but I can never Catch anybody in Office

Big thanks to Mountlake Terrace Extra Space Storage for making my storage experience so easy and convenient. I shopped around at other storage options, including other Extra Space locations. I was impressed with the friendliness/helpfullness of the staff at Mountlake Extra Space, as well as their affordable prices, and ease of load/unload at this building. Unlike other storage buildings, they also have NO HISTORY of water leaks at Mountlake Extra Space.

Signed up two units with Dandid( uncertain if spell his name correctly or not)yesterday while Rose is out of office. He was very helpful and patience to guide me thru the entire contract, payment process, and access way. Extra Space do have friendly, professional staffs, as this is my 4 th location with them. Secure. A personal code is given to you when you sign up and you must use It for access through the gate and for access to the building. They will email you a map that shows you where your locker is, so pay attention. The place is very well lit, clean, has nice wide hallways and an elevator. If you’re in a wheelchair, this place will accommodate you quite nicely. They also provide carts at the entrance which makes moving into the storage locker a cinch. I signed up online. It was straightforward and easy.
