Customer service was great. Ms. Christy was lovely. She gets 5 stars. However, the facility is nice at first sight. But I do wish that there were flat beds available for large loads (less loading/unloading trips) versus the tiny ones (several tiny loading/unloading trips). Compared to my last storage facility it's iffy. My last one had the works as far as hauling tools/equipment for multiple people one time at both entrances. But it was an across town move so I need the quick access and convenience. Plus I hear they increase rent ever so often. My last one didn't....you're the same rate until your contract changes when you're done. This will be temporary storing. Hoping the surveillance is kosher. 3.75 stars for now. #tryingtimes I couldn't be picky and so yeah. #betterdaysahead

Very friendly staff. I wanna thank Christy Cochran for being so helpful! She set us up with exactly what we needed. The facility is safe and secure and they keep it nice and clean. The prices are great, if you need somewhere to store your stuff this is definitely the place to go!

Kristy is the BEST! I considered Uhaul first and had the worst experience, they were rude and seemed like they could care less. When I called extra space kristy was extremely knowledgeable and in person showed me everything I needed to see in the building so on my moving day so I wouldn’t have any issues. The building is updated and clean! Access is easy you have a personal code. There’s a massive loading dock and elevator making it easy for personal use or moving company’s to access. Payments are automatic and Kristy let me know this upfront. Insurance is required and it’s 16$ a month for storage units you value at 3000$ or less. Thank you Kristy!!!

Online sign up was easy. Wasn’t happy I couldn’t view the storage space before I signed a lease and paid due to COVID. I received a call 15mins after signing up asking for my credit card information over the phone to complete the process, which was odd because I paid online. Be honest and tell your customer your signing them up for automatic payments. I have no issue with automatic payments, unless I don’t know a bill is on automatic payments.

Staff was very helpful. Saxon & Christy were very friendly & you can tell they really take care of the premises & are very customer oriented. If you are looking for a great place to store your items & need a central location choose extra space storage downtown.

Christy helped my wife and I with selecting a second larger storage unit within 3 months of renting one for our son. We chose ExtraSpace again since we’ve enjoyed our rental experiences with her as she is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. We would definitely recommend contacting Christy for renting a unit.

I am so glad I gave Extra Space Storage a try. By far, this place has the best rates in town, I and love how they offer several storage space sizes! Best of all, it is indoor and climate-controlled! Kristy was very helpful and was happy to show me more than one storage space. The process was quick and easy. A friend of mine heard me talking about it and the next day he went and rented space from them as well.
