David (chat associate) & Dawn (on-site manager) were great! Dawn called me within an hour of opening that morning as David had assured me she would. She answered all of my questions, was very patient & thorough, & gave me a tour of the facility while explaining the insurance fee. I really appreciate the fact that I can go month-to-month due to my circumstance. I’ve been a customer service manager & want to say “Kudos!” to your company for hiring two great associates that provided excellent customer service!

We called NUMEROUS facilities before finding this one - and it was perfect!! All climate controlled units, pest control and multiple other amenities. If you are lucky, Dawn will be the one to sign you up. She is personable, took the time to answer all our questions, and made us feel great about our decision to use this storage facility. So glad we found then. Highly recommend. And it’s new!

The customer service is exceptional. The best encounter I have ever experienced. My service representative was Dawn. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of my processing. For once, I had someone on the other side of the phone that actually listened to the customer instead of using a script. Thanks Dawn!!!!

Dawn is great as well as all the other staff at Extra Space. This company is top notch as they have the resources of a very large company but the staff stays the same for a great personal customer service

This is a newly opened extra space location that opened in early May. It has plenty of storage spaces of all sizes big and small. You can save 10 or 15 dollars by doing the initial start to rent application by going online. This varies by individual with the free month's rent based on location on a promo code if available. I probably saved 70 dollars by starting online and seeing what units are available. Awesome start to the new year.

I went in to inquire on storage. Dawn greeted me and was very informative and professional. Her knowledge superseded my expectations. This place is brand new and the nicest storage I have ever seen. Highly recommend!
